E3: Economy, Energy and Environment - is a coordinated federal and local technical assistance initiative sponsored by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) and the Small Business Administration (SBA). These five federal partners work with and through their affiliated local technical assistance providers to provide holistic sustainability assessments on small and medium-sized manufacturers.

20 Years of PPRC
In 1991, we opened our doors for business as a way to help agencies and businesses create a cleaner environment while maintaining economic vitality. Twenty years later, we've managed to involve ourselves in some truly fascinating projects with an engaging list of partners and supporters. Thank you. Keynote Address: Dara O'Rourke
Dara O'Rourke is an expert on the environmental, health, and social impacts of global supply chains. As both a professor and a practitioner, Dr. O'Rourke teaches environmental and labor policy at the University of California, Berkeley and is co-founder and Chief Sustainability Officer of GoodGuide. He's also is a former staff member of the Pacific Northwest Pollution Prevention Resource Center and we were fortunate enough to have him return and give the keynote address at our 20th Anniversary banquet.
