HOTEL ROOM RATES (without tax)
Single Rate: $129.00/night
Double Rate: $129.00/night
• Conference rates will be provided 3 days ‘pre’ and 3 days ‘post’ for the scheduled conference dates, based on the hotel’s forecasted occupancy of 80% or less. Should the forecasted occupancy be 89% or higher, the best available rate/room type will be quoted at the time of your reservation.
• A charge of $20.00 will be added for each additional adult in a double occupancy room. Children 17 years and under may share the same room with parents at no additional charge.
• All guest room rates are subject to the prevailing city transient occupancy tax and SDTMDA. Currently, taxes and mandatory assessments are 10.5% and 2% respectively, and are subject to change by the City of San Diego.
RESERVATIONS
Hotel reservations can be made via telephone at 1-800-576-4229 or 858-488-0551. Don’t forget to mention the Western Sustainability and Pollution Prevention Network when making your reservation to receive your pre-negotiated rate.
Hotel reservations must be made individually by credit card. Individual reservations will automatically be billed for one night unless cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival.
The “cut-off-date” for the pre-negotiated rate is Friday, October 2, 2009. After October 2nd, the hotel will provide rooms based on prevailing rates and based on availability.
CANCELLATION
Room cancellations received at least 72 hours prior to arrival date will be fully refunded by the Hotel.
