Description
- Remove oil and grease from aqueous or semi-aqueous
- Typically used for degreasing and cleaning baths
Advantages / Limitations
- Reduce or eliminate the need to dispose of cleaning water
Implementation Process
- Purchase membrane – typically ceramic with pore size between 0.2 and 0.8µ
- Rework the process to incorporate membrane system
- Train and monitor employees – give incentives for superior performance
- Replace the filter when necessary, typically based on pressure differential
