Description
- Use the minimum chemical concentration necessary in the process bath
Advantages / Limitations
- Less contamination of the rinse water occurs, with equal drag-out volume
- Less chemical loss from process bath
- Solutions with lower chemical concentrations typically have lower viscosity, which results in less drag-out volume
Implementation Process
- Determine the minimum chemical concentration necessary for each bath
- Regularly monitor the chemistry, and maintain it at that minimum concentration
